Email support via the “Technical Support Request Form” below is always FREE on ALL products listed in the Product drop down list. If your product is not listed Actiontec no longer provides email support.

Fax based support can be utilized for any product listed in the drop down, and it too is FREE.

If you purchased the Actiontec product in a retail store,

  • The accompanying documentation will identify the types of support available for that product. For your review Actiontec’s Hardware Warranty applies to all products purchased in the Retail market.
